This 9-day/ 8-night trip offers seven days of heli-skiing in high alpine terrain scattered with jagged rock towers, giant glacier bowls and steep couloirs crowned by enormous peaks. Luxurious Tweedsmuir Park Lodge, surrounded by pristine wilderness inside Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, has a maximum capacity of 16 people and accesses some 100,000 vertical feet of terrain—making it just about the most exclusive heli-skiing experience available. Take Vail, Colorado, stack Steamboat on top, remove all but four of the skiers, and picture untracked snow from top to bottom.

Heli Skiing Canada from Tweedsmuir Park Lodge

Day 1
Upon your arrival at the Vancouver Airport, your driver will meet you and transfer you to the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver.

Day 2
You will be transferred back to Vancouver Airport in time for your mid-morning commercial flight to Bella Coola. The 75-minute journey will take you up and over the beautiful Coastal Mountains. After lunch, you will ski your way to the lodge.

Days 3-8
Over the following six days, you’ll explore majestic Bella Coola. With individual runs of 5000 to 6000 vertical feet (1500 to 1800 vertical metres), you’ll be in leg-burning utopia. Some days you will heli-lift right from the lodge and some days you will be transferred a short drive down the valley to access other areas in Bella Coola Heli Sports’ tenure. When snowfall keeps the helicopters grounded, there’s great tree skiing only a few minutes away. At the end of each day, you’ll enjoy après ski at the lodge, with appetizers and drinks in front of the fireplace. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or in your private chalet before a gourmet dinner together at the main lodge.

Day 9
On your last morning, ski to the Bella Coola Airport before boarding your Pacific Coastal flight back to Vancouver International Airport. From there, you’ll be able to catch your return flight home.
