    A recipient of the AAA Four Diamond Award rating, Hastings House is a deluxe heritage inn located on Salt Spring Island. Cruise the West Coast on the Pacific Yellowfin Yacht

This price is based on two guests chartering a yacht. The per person price drops dramatically as more join in and share the yacht, for example a second couple, or a family.

Day 1
Upon your arrival at the Vancouver Airport, your driver will meet you for the brief drive to downtown Vancouver. For dinner tonight, you will dine at Market by Jean Georges, which is an outstanding gourmet experience, one of the finest in the city. Accommodations are at the Shangri-La Hotel in an Executive King Balcony Room.

Day 2
You will be transported to Steveston this morning to board your floating hotel for three days of Gulf Islands cruising. Brunch will be on board as you set sail for Montague Harbour. Later, cycle on Galiano Island, hike in Bluffs Park, kayak in the marine park, or go beachcombing. Accommodations are aboard the Pacific Yellowfin.

This virtual cruising playground comes loaded with all the toys needed to maximize your fun on the beautiful coastal waters of British Columbia, including ten kayaks, six scooters, seven bicycles, a waterslide, two 14’ sailing dinghies, a 25’ Powerboat, 22’ Aluminum Fishing Skiff, water skiis, towable toys, beach toys and fishing equipment. Additional on-board toys include DVD and CD Player, SurroundSound, fireplace, wet-bar and barbeque. This is all about making the most of the outdoors.

Day 3
Set sail in search of whales and to explore the other Gulf Islands. Enjoy the many activities and toys available to you on the Pacific Yellowfin. Highlights can include a winery visit or cycling on Mayne, Pender or Saturna Islands. Enjoy a picnic lunch on land, or return to the Yellowfin for afternoon tea. Accommodations are aboard the Pacific Yellowfin.

Day 4
Set sail for Vancouver Island. In Victoria, visit world-famous Butchart Gardens and enjoy High Tea at the Fairmont Empress Hotel, or explore the inner harbour followed by lunch at Sooke Harbour House. Alternatively, visit Brentwood Bay for lunch, or cycle the Ardmore and Peninsula. Accommodations are aboard the Pacific Yellowfin.

Day 5
Set sail for Ganges Harbour on Salt Spring Island, where you’ll be transported to your next hotel on the largest of the Gulf Islands. Tonight you will dine in the Manor House, which has been hailed by Zagat guide as the best in Canada. Accommodations are at Hastings House in a Deluxe Suite.

Day 6
Enjoy an afternoon of crabbing on Salt Spring Island with local crab fisherman, Gary Le Marchant. Kitted out with rain slickers and the requisite license, you’ll head out on Gary’s crabbing boat for a true maritime adventure—including a hands-on workshop on how to tell male and female crabs apart, which ones to cook, and how to pick them up safely. Back on shore, you’ll be shown how to clean them. Best of all, you’ll have your catch of Dungeness crab in hand when you return to Hastings House—where it will be prepared for your evening’s dinner! Accommodations are at Hastings House in a Deluxe Suite.

Day 7
After breakfast, catch your private charter seaplane from Ganges Harbour back to Vancouver. From there, you’ll be transported to the airport in time for your departing flight. Safe travels!
