Kate Baker del Aguila

Operations Manager, Canada

Years at Entrée: 4

Kate has enjoyed various roles at Entrée, from a start as Operations Assistant, into a Sales Coordinator role, and most recently she has become our Operations Manager for Canadian trips. Kate oversees the details and delivery of exceptional trips designed by the Sales Team. She manages a colossal amount of big logistics and small touches, and keeps an eye on what it takes to delight guests and exceed their expectations. Kate is a conservationist, bordering on activist and a kick-boxer. We try not to disagree with her.

Wildlife Conservationist.

If you could host a dinner party for 4 other people (living or dead) who would they be?

Charles Darwin, Jacques Cousteau, David Attenborough, Jane Goodall…whoa…would that be the most intimidating dinner party or what?

What is a skill you’d like to learn and why?

I’d like to be able to stand my ground in a kickboxing ring.

What do you like/love about working at Entrée?

I am surrounded by incredible mentors, and fantastic professionals.
