Available Positions

We’re hiring a Product Coordinator. This position will report to the Director of Product & Technology. Primary duties include the day-to-day costing and entry of products into our tour operator software. This is a hands-on and head-down position. The pace is fast, and the expectations are high. We’re a passionate and supportive team who take great pride in providing quality product and service to those in our care.

We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Managers with the administrative tasks of planning and selling individual travel programs throughout Canada and Alaska. The core duty of the position is to build accurate customized proposals and costings.

We’re hiring an Accounting Coordinator. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting tasks for Entrée Alaska and to support the accounting department. We are looking for someone who is task oriented and has experience working with heavy volume and conflicting priorities.

We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator. Reporting to the Controller, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the company by ensuring our internal service standards are met at the same high quality as our external service standards. In this new role, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the implementation, monitoring and follow up of quality assurance strategies and programs. The mantra of our Quality Assurance Coordinator is to reduce labour costs, produce consistent results, and reduce waste so that we enhance our internal and external service.
