The Itinerary
1-2 | VANCOUVER, BC
Upon your arrival at the Vancouver Airport, your driver will meet you for the 30-minute transfer to your hotel downtown. Explore the chic boutiques of Alberni Street, and enjoy dinner on your own (we’ll be happy to assist with reservations or suggestions). Accommodations are at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in a Fairmont Gold Harbour View Room.
On the second day of your journey you will be met at your hotel by your private guide for a tour of culturally diverse Vancouver. Explore the warehouse conversions of Yaletown, the restaurant-rich West End, and the totem poles of Stanley Park. Learn about each unique neighborhood and its mosaic of residents who call the city home. The afternoon is yours to spend at leisure. Revisit a neighborhood that caught your eye, stroll the shops of nearby Robson Street, or cool off in the outdoor pool – the choice is yours. Accommodations are at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in a Fairmont Gold Harbour View Room.
3 | NIMMO BAY, BC
Today you will be met at your hotel by your driver for your transfer to the Vancouver Airport’s South Terminal. You will then board your seventy-minute scenic flight to Port Hardy, and from there take a short seaplane to Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort. The afternoon is yours to spend at leisure. You may wish to hike the old-growth Great Bear Rainforest in search of wildlife, kayak the Broughton Archipelago among salmon and sea lions, or soak in a cedar hot tub beneath a towering waterfall. Accommodations are at the Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort in a Waterfront Cabin.
4-6 | NIMMO BAY
Explore Nimmo Bay with its endless outdoor activities, designed for every skill level.
Among included activities are paddle boarding, kayaking, visiting the floating sauna, wilderness picnics, and hiking. Keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife, you may spot bears along the shoreline or bald eagles circling overhead.

For an additional cost, we highly recommend heli-adventures. With your expert pilot/guide, you’ll take to the skies in a helicopter and access 50,000 square miles of hard-to-reach and deserted destinations. Cast a line heli-fly-fishing, heli-hike across 10,000-year-old glaciers, heli-SUP alongside a breathtaking waterfall, or go for an adrenaline rush heli-mountain biking. If you prefer land (or water) a coastal safari boat tour provides a full day of guided (and customized) activities including bear viewing, beach visits, saltwater fishing, and even a picnic lunch. 7 | VANCOUVER, BC
Today you will board a short seaplane from Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort to Port Hardy. From Port Hardy you will board a seventy minute flight to the South Terminal of the Vancouver Airport. Your driver will meet you at the South Terminal for a short transfer to the International Terminal in time for your departure flight. Safe travels!
