The Itinerary
1 | GIRDWOOD, AK
After disembarking from your cruise ship, you will be driven by private transfer to Girdwood along the spectacular Seward Highway. Stop along the way to visit the Alaska SeaLife Center, where you’ll be taken on a private behind-the-scenes tour to see endangered stellar sea lions, harbor seals, and more. A second stop at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center allows you to view additional Alaska wildlife up close. Accommodations are at The Hotel Alyeska, in a Deluxe Room.
2-3 | GIRDWOOD, AK
Take a ride up the aerial tram to the summit of Mt. Alyeska—the views of the Chugach Mountains and Glacier Valley are unrivalled. Then, after a short and scenic helicopter flight to a nearby ice field, you’ll receive a personal introduction to the sport of dogsledding. You will have a chance to drive the sled yourself or sit in a comfortable seat and enjoy the ride. Accommodations are at The Hotel Alyeska, in a Deluxe Room.
On your third day your driver will transport you from the hotel to Anchorage International Airport in time for your departing flight. Safe travels!
