Asset Library Terms and Conditions of Use

- Purpose and Scope
Welcome to our Media & Advisor Asset Library (the "Library"). This Library is owned and operated by Entrée Destinations. The assets contained herein—including but not limited to photography, video footage, and promotional graphics (collectively, "Assets")—are provided exclusively to registered travel advisors and media professionals ("Authorized Users") to assist in the marketing, positioning, and promotion of our luxury travel products and regional destinations across Canada and Alaska.
By downloading, copying, or using any Asset from this Library, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Assets.
- Permitted Use and License Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Entrée Destinations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to use downloaded Assets strictly under the following conditions:
- Destination Promotion Only: Assets may only be used for the direct promotion and marketing of destinations, itineraries, and travel products managed, offered, or curated by Entrée Destinations.
- Commercial Limitations: Assets may be used in B2B and B2C marketing collateral, including digital itineraries, travel advisor websites, consumer newsletters, social media channels, and editorial media articles.
- Strict Prohibitions: Assets may not be used for general commercial advertising unrelated to Entrée Destinations or the specific featured destination. Assets may not be used on retail merchandise, souvenir items, book covers, paid consumer print advertising, or any third-party stock photography platforms.
- Mandatory Photographer Credit and Attribution
All Assets in this Library are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the sole property of Entrée Destinations or our contracted contributing photographers.
- Exact Credit Requirement: You must display a prominent, legible attribution line immediately adjacent to the Asset or in a clearly defined "Credits" section on the same page/post.
- Title-Based Attribution: The required credit string is identical to the file title/metadata of the downloaded image. (e.g., if the file name or image title is "Photographer Name / Entrée Destinations", this text must be used as the credit).
- Social Media Tags: When utilizing Assets on social media platforms (such as Instagram or Facebook), you must tag or mention our official brand account alongside the required photographer credit.
- Prohibited Alterations and Modifications
- No Structural Changes: You may crop or resize an image to fit specific digital or print layouts, provided the overall integrity, context, and subject matter of the image are not distorted.
- No Manipulation: You may not digitally alter, color-correct, add elements to, or merge Assets with other images without explicit written consent from Entrée Destinations.
- Account Access and Security
- Credentials provided to access this Library are personal and non-transferable.
- Authorized Users are responsible for ensuring that external freelance designers, media agencies, or sub-agents working on their behalf comply fully with these terms. You agree to notify Entrée Destinations immediately of any unauthorized use or copyright infringement regarding these Assets.
- Term, Revocation, and Indemnification
- Right to Revoke: Entrée Destinations reserves the right to terminate or revoke your license to use any or all Assets at any time, with or without cause. Upon receiving a notice of revocation, you agree to immediately cease use of and permanently delete the specified Assets from all digital properties and future print runs.
- Liability & Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entrée Destinations, its affiliates, directors, and photographer networks against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your unauthorized use of the Assets or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
