In addition to the daily tasks, Leslie has a knack for pushing languishing projects through to completion. When not at work she can be found volunteering as a Mountain Host or skiing Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.

If a movie was made of your life what genre would it be, and who would play you?

Slapstick comedy. Gilda Radner.

What is your most embarrassing moment? 

I was a flight attendant doing a safety demonstration at the front of a fully loaded B747. The demonstration life vest had been swapped with a live vest as a practical joke and fully inflated when I pulled on the tabs during the presentation with predictable results.

What is your favorite Canadian/Alaskan destination? 

Newfoundland. It’s easy to connect with the locals and experience the beauty of the people and their landscape.
